Fine-tune the greatest machine you’ll ever own!

“Started with the 12 session Living Social deal and fell in love with the work outs on the first day. I am active duty Navy and in pretty good shape but Master Trainer Sandra puts me to the test every session! No matter your fitness level she taylors the workouts to you. One of the best workouts you will find and on a side note a great meeting place socially. Most morning classes go for coffee to mingle.”
